Funding is provided to locally based social enterprises that address a local social gap/need through one of the following outcome areas:

1. Beneficiary focused (i.e provision of employment opportunities or goods and services in areas such as economical, physical, mental and social)
2. Non-beneficiary focused (i.e capacity building for organisations in the social sector)

Applications must show that the Social Enterprise has:

1. A compelling social objective
2. A viable business proposition
3. A committed team
