The VWOs-Charities Capability Fund (VCF) aims to enhance governance and management capabilities of charities and Institutions of a Public Character (IPCs) through the following grants:

1. VCF Training Grant
2. VCF Consultancy Grant
3. VCF Shared Services Grant
4. VCF Info-Communications Technology (ICT) Grant

All exempt, registered charities and IPCs can apply for the VCF.

Funds are provided to charities to cover shared services in the following areas:

1. Payroll service
2. Finance and accounting services (accounts payable, accounts receivable, assets record management, journal adjustment, financial and management reports, and audit management)
