Launched in end 2016, the LHL Fund has the following objectives:

1. Sponsoring education for youth
2. Supporting and caring for the needy, the very young and the elderly
3. Improving the lives and living for Singaporeans through community and development projects which include, but are not limited to, developing Singapore as a garden city, promoting multi-racial harmony, promoting tri-partite co-operation, and securing clean water and air
