Lions Community Service Foundation (LCSF) Singapore aims to be the leading source of philanthropic giving for the conduct of humanitarian services in Singapore from funds raids by Lions Clubs.

LCSF aims to build an Endowment Fund from donations raised by its member clubs from the public which income would fund Lions community programmes, including:

1. The Lions Home For The Elders (LHE)
2. Lions Befrienders Service Association (LBSA)
3. Lions SaveSight Centre (LSSC)
4. Other Lions service projects including the new Lions Prostheses Center.

Lions Clubs, as well as non-Lion Voluntary Welfare Organisations, may apply for grants from LCSF to support their community services in accordance with established guidelines for the disbursement of LCSF funds.
