The Clan Associations Cultural Activities Fund is open to clan associations which need financial aid in organising Chinese cultural activities.

Criteria for eligibility include:

1. The association must be a member of SFCCA
2. Projects seeking sponsorship must be for the purpose of promoting Chinese culture
3. The sponsored project must benefit at least 100 participants
4. Applications showing budgetary details must be submitted at least two months before the event
