Tote Board Grants – Community Healthcare Fund (TBCHF Cat 1B)
NPOs that have a programme that can strengthen preventive health, community care and / or build the capabilities of healthcare services can apply for the TBCHF.
Eligible programmes are:
Initiatives to sustain ground-up community initiatives in the intermediate and Long-term Care (ILTC) sector
Pilot programmes and new areas including caregiver support and care coordination
Projects that build capacity and quality enhancement in the ILTC sector
Public health education and preventive health programmes
