The grant is under the purview of VCF Organisational Development Grant (ODG), which is split into 2 grants:

1. Organisational Development Grant
2. Clinical Supervision Grant

This grant supports social service agencies in reviewing and refining their organisational processes and practices through the engagement of consultants, and attaining organisational excellence certifications and accreditations such as Singapore Quality Class (SQC) and ISO 9000.
