The VWOs-Charities Capability Fund (VCF) aims to enhance governance and management capabilities of charities and Institutions of a Public Character (IPCs) through the following grants:

1. VCF Training Grant
2. VCF Consultancy Grant
3. VCF Shared Services Grant
4. VCF Info-Communications Technology (ICT) Grant

All exempt, registered charities and IPCs can apply for the VCF.

Funds are provided to charities to cover local training courses, seminars in governance and management for Board members, executive heads and management staff of charities in the following areas:

1. Board governance/Conflict of interest
2. Strategic planning
3. Financial management
4. Human resource management
5. Fund raising management
6. Volunteer management
7. Communications on social media
